They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?

They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone.
