So I brought my new tires and my rims in for mounting and balancing. I told them I purchased tires elsewhere from the beginning. They never told me they charged more for not buying tires through them. Gave them my tires and rims!! Went back the next day to pick them up and they tell me they charged me more then normal because I bought the tires on line. them she tells me but that's okay because I saved so much more on line then they can sell them. I'll never go there again!!!!!

He will go out of his way to help anybody! He genuinely cares about his customers and is grateful for their business. He has become a very good friend to me and I ride up to visit and patronize his business whenever I get a chance. I have told everybody I know that rides about him and the shop! Customer service is non -existent. They will make false promises abou... read more Customer service is non -existent. They will make false promises about when you will get your bike back and overcharge you every step of the way. Not even Barb will call you back. I was almost killed because my bike wasn't road tested and leaked oil. I could go on all day...the worst.
