Wow - completely horrible!!  

Their machinery is breaking down and the 'scuffer' did what it was supposed to do, scuff scratches in the side of my car.      When I approached the manager, he said it was my fault because there was too much grime on my car.   ARE YOU KIDDING ME?   WHY ELSE WOULD I GO TO A CAR WASH?   It cost me $350 to have the scratches repaired because of his faulty machine.

DO NOT GO HERE.    Go to Luke Oil on Ringwood avenue.   They're cheaper, and their people care!
