No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I love this place. Robert has saved me so much $$$. I work in the ar... read more I love this place. Robert has saved me so much $$$. I work in the area and I stopped in for advice. The owner offered to take a look and long story short, in 10 minutes he figured out what was wrong. My usual repair place looked at it and said it wasn't worth fixing and quoted me $2,000. Robert fixed it the next day while I was at work and even picked me up. It was $350 and my car is still running good. THANKS ROBERT!!
