A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. His amazing team was efficient and repaired my car as scheduled. If I ever need auto body repairs, I would definitely return to Laubs. They’re a family run business.
