If you knew the owners of this establishment, you would NEVER want to give them your business. Rude staff, and no respect for the customer. Go anywhere else. Go to Silver Bay car wash. Even if it is a couple of dollars more expensive. The owners there are decent human beings, and deserve to have thier business supported. Prestige is owned by three despicable men. Trust me, you don't want to put money in their pockets.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!I went to county sudsers on 2/22/2014 to sel... read more HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!I went to county sudsers on 2/22/2014 to self service was my vehicle.I first rised my car off first and there was a little bit of soap coming out from the sprayer which got my car a little sudsy. Than I went to wash my car with the soap dial and the soap was not conot coming out of the brush.I told one of the employess,he made sure that it wasnt working and he directed me to the managers.At this time,time had run out on the timer and I had dried soap on my car from this point on .I spoke with the manager and he asked if I had waited to see if the soap was coming out I told him I did and so did one of the other employess than he told me ill be there in a minute.5 minutes later nothing is being done.So I asked the one employee that I spoke with before to ask him what I should do because I was clearly being ignored so he came with a hose from inside the car wash to attempt to take some of the soap off.my vehicle was still streaky with soap.I went back to the manager and expressed my dissatifaction and left.I then called and spoke with the owner and he told me if I want credit towards a wash I could get one.so i went back and he said all I can do is give you your change back to rewash your car.I felt like I was being ignored and not helped the proper way because I was not spending a lot of money to have them wash my car.I am now going to have to rewash my car with my hose at home to remove the dried up soap on it.
Lil old lady had a reallllllly dirty car. Teenage boy working at the... read more Lil old lady had a reallllllly dirty car. Teenage boy working at the car wash scrubbed his heart out to get it clean. I pulled up for my turn next after seeing this and said" which wash was that cause you just scrubbed that car sparkling clean!!!!!!!" He said honestly she was just really old with a really dirty car and could only afford the 8 dollar wash but i wanted her to have a clean car and the 8 dollar wash wasn't gonna cut it with that car, so i just cleaned it really good for her" then the manager came over and told him that he wouldn't take any more money from her for a tip but thank you for doing such a good job.... So i went through the car wash and at the end i told the guy drying my car that i was giving a ten dollar tip to the kid washing cars for me and the little old ladys tip as well, i told him the story of how nice he was" and he said im so proud cause thats my son! " I NEARLY CRIED , he looked so proud of his son! So then in the way home i explained what had happened to my kids and what it means to "pay it forward"
