The staff was very knowledgeable and they got me in and out with courteous service. While I waited I noticed how the staff, and the service writer, made sure that each person, were treated as if they were part of the family of Midas customers, and explained each issue with them so they knew exactly what was done to there vehicle. Made my day! With 3 kids I have no extra time or $ to spare. My car wo... read more Made my day! With 3 kids I have no extra time or $ to spare. My car wouldn t start and I had get to work. I called around and was told I should try to get a jump. No one was available and I was stuck. I called T.C. Tire & Auto and the mechanic came to my house jump started my car. He checked out my car and told me I needed a battery. The whole process from call to repair was an hour! The price was explained honestly and fair. I am more than happy and thankful.
