I always deal with Steve, he seems a honest guy. Everything seems fine until yesterday I brought my VW to replace my daytime running light Bulb. In the past I was only charged 10 buck for any bulb replacement. However, this time I was told by another guy Paul that the replacement of a bulb cause them one hour labor. That is 80 bucks. He explained to me that replacing the day time running light is a lot more work that before. Since they have earned my trust so I said it was OK to go ahead, though a little suspicious. However when I check the VW official side youtube guidance, the workload of changing daytime running light bulb is not what he described. Actually I do not see any difference from before. So I called back to find out and the charge was reduced to half hour 40 bucks plus parts. Since I have made the promise to go ahead so I do not want to make a scene. Obviously they take advantage of my trust, but I will not do business with them no more. That is stupid, for just 40 50 dollars and they lose a my two cars business for lifetime.

Called the in the morning and spoke to Mano the station owner. Told me that that car needed 4 parts to repair the damage. Had a call into Volvo for parts. Later he informed me it would cost $1500 to repair the car. Seemed too high so I called AAA to have car towed to a mechanic who had done work on the car previously. Mano would not release my car to AAA till I paid a $189 diagnostic fee. Car was towed after payment to other shop. As they are towing car Mano tries to bargain. Will do job for $1000. Tell him no thanks. End result. Part to repair car cost $24. Crack blind by the base of the shifter. Repair cost $150 with labor and diagnostic. Please stay far away from this station. They lie right to your face with no hesitation. I went back to station to question his high cost and he had no response. Nick told me the diagnostic was so high because they spent 1.41 hours to figure out what was wrong. Also told me that they spent time on the phone with Volvo to get prices on the parts. Stay away

When I called, their banner man, Mano, yelled at me saying that the repair was hard and refused to explain why my repair, which was a very simple welding job, no new parts cost so much. The car was taken without me and it was done all over the phone. I don't believe the fact that I could not see their posted hourly price was a reason to charge me more than if I had driven to the shop myself.
