When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?
