Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Co... read more Went to Medford Autowash for the first time today since some of the Covid 19 restrictions had eased up in NJ. The associates who were doing the work to clean and wash the vehicles were very friendly and courteous as they had been in the past. I went to pay for the service and showed a coupon for the carwash on my phone and was told that it could not be honored since I had not taken the time to PRINT the coupon on to a piece of paper. I receive text messages from the same establishment with different perks randomly for 50% off a wash or a free wash for your Birthday and have shown them the text on the phone and that was OK, trying to be environmentally conscious I felt I could do the same with a website coupon, makes sense right? No, sorry no discount unless you print the coupon, and yes the page before says to print to redeem but what world are we living in at this point? They can't make an exception to this and possibly realize that they would actually be helping the environment but not requiring people to physically print coupons? The guys who do the "Real Work" there are great, maybe management can learn a few things from them.

Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair... read more KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.
