We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.
This auto shop is amazing. Mr. Quattrone is the owner and has been a ... read more This auto shop is amazing. Mr. Quattrone is the owner and has been a staple in Hightstown for years. He is trustworthy and after being ripped off more than my fair share of times, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He stands behind his work, regardless of who in the shop performs the service. He will give you an honest assessment of the work your car needs, tell you how much time you have before you NEED to get it done, and how much it would cost, looking for all cost-savings possible (used parts, etc). His prices are fair and he will live up to the delivery date he promises (even if that means working later than the shop is open) or meeting after hours to deliver a car. If you are looking for a mechanic, this is your guy!
