A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already g... read more A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already got out of the vehicle to grab something from my trunk so I told him it was fine, I can take care of it. (I did not know this was not okay). The kid said okay and walked away. I placed the gas pump into the car. One minute later, an older man with brunette hair and “Carl’s Services” on his shirt ran up to me all red in the face and yanked the pump out of my car and pulled my card out. He was less than 3 feet from me and yelled at me for what felt like 3 minutes. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am from out of state so I APOLOGIZED to him that I did not know. Instead of politely educating me, he proceeded to continue yelling and made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. I told him this is not how you should treat ANYONE and took my services elsewhere. Gas stations will always have people from in and out of state so he should have already been used to this and politely tell me he can take care of it for me.

Spent over $700 to fix the air a month ago and now it doesn't work, wh... read more Spent over $700 to fix the air a month ago and now it doesn't work, where he couldn't find a leak, ended up taking apart and marking up the dash, red fluid all over the car that they had to wash off, they had no idea how it got there. When I asked him how the air works, he says 'it works today, can't guarantee tomorrow". The owner loves to talk, so God knows who is working on your vehicle while he is on the phone. Not happy at all with the level of service and God knows who is working on your car. Don't recommend at all.
