Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

It seems like management has changed, and there are new employees. I took my truck there for an oil change a few times, and the last time the mechanic forgot to connect a plug, my truck kept shutting off on me. I had to bring it back to them, and the guy was like, Oh, our mechanic forgot to reconnect your plug. Then another time, I took it. The mechanic spilled all this oil everywhere, and when I was driving to my destination, my truck started smoking all crazy. Smh, then they charge you for stuff you didn't ask them to do, and they didn't even do it. It was good while it lasted, but I will not be taking any of my vehicles back there again. Also, they don't give off a friendly, professional vibe at all anymore.

To make a long story short, I was not satisfied with the work performed. Upon returning from two trips to the Poconos I spoke to Dave, owner, on 11/29/23. After hearing and reviewing my complaint, I was reimbursed for the inspection, rotor and labor. I respect and appreciate an owner that takes pride in his business and more importantly, the customer. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, as I've done since my wife and I purchased it on 11/12/22, for that reason. Thanks Dave. Mario Felder, Satisfied Customer
