Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my ... read more Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

The front of my car was making this weird sound and my dealership not only misdiagnosed this problem but did a poor job fixing it. John told me exactly what was going on with my car and what needed to be taken care of immediately and things that could wait until later. He quoted a fair price to me and I will recommend him to anybody who is looking for an honest mechanic!

We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.
