No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. He not only did an amazing job, but explained everything to me as we'll. If you are looking for a truly honest mechanic this is the place. I've been going there for 4 years. Every visit he has been nice, honest, and has always does great work and happily answered all of my questions.

She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.
