I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! Initially given a day and booked it on schedule, then they offered to call me up to confirm, even arrange to come to my office to pick up the car as I was just a block away... All sounds good and professional, then comes the day of the "service", no call, not to be heard from... Service is only as good as you doing what you promised, unfortunately not the case here.
