Benzel-Busch Motor's in Englewood , NJ. (Grand Ave), is full of lying workers and scam artists.  I will never EVER trust this dealership with anything and I will spread the word and report them to the BBB.  

I called these monkey's up asking for a free collision estimate on my 05 convertible. The idiot tells me "Sure come on in, itll be free and itll take 15 minutes".   Sounds good so I go, driving 40 minutes on the highway to get to them. I get there and I'm greeted by this hussy in a short skirt. 

She takes photos of the car and then orders me to fork out 50$, i told her i was told it was free, she laughed.  This is the kind of incompetent talking legs they hire here at mercedes? Run by old greedy farts and young hussies.  

End of story - - -  Avoid this place, I'm a fresh out of med school doctor and I will tell all my colleagues to avoid it as well.  Go to hell Benzel-Englewood, lying scumbags
