The mechanics at Independent fixed the actual issues with my car and now it's running very smooth. I found the mechanics to be great. Any negative reviews might be due to irrational costumes who see an old looking independent business and think they can get them to charge under price, then get mad and irrational when they don't. My parents had a housing appliance shop growing up and they'd get the same kind of bs from the locals.

Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype.
