They called me in the morning saying they are checking the car. An hour later needs rotors (warped) and the front wheels balanced. They said that was the cause. $550 I said fine. I get there around 1230. The bill was 25 dollars more, no call to advise. Fine I paid. I leave and within 6 minutes call them back to advise the problem persist and now the front brakes are smoking heavy. I bring the car back, I was there 40 minutes without anyone saying a fucking word about what was going on. Unprofessional AF! I asked what the status was, " waiting on parts" did not say what parts. 2 hours later I get my car back. "Should be good now the first rotors I guess were bad" i take the car and the problem still fucking persist. I have to wait to speak to someone AGAIN! $575 dollars for a fucking nightmare. Don't go there!

While driving on the NJ turnpike at 70 to 75 MPH I heard a loud thumping noise. I had to pull over on the side and check my car. I found my wheel lugs loose, not just one but all of them. The wheel on my car were about to come off at 70MPH. Myself and family and others on the road could have been killed. I have been in the automotive dealership business for over 30 years.This so called oil change tech should be terminated.
Just had the most amazing experience there yesterday. These guys saved... read more Just had the most amazing experience there yesterday. These guys saved me in my extreme time of need... My car was starting to make a noise so I took it into this location... Thats how i found out it was botched by a crappy oil change place and oil had leaked onto my brakes and all over the inside of the car. These guys gave me extremely valuable advice and helped me make plans to have it towed somewhere nearby to access the damage to the engine ... One of them even rushed me over in his personal car to the car rental place so I could make it there just in time before they closed so that I wasn't stranded with no vehicle about 100 miles from my house. This place saved me today with advice and quality service. I'm unbelievably grateful. You can definitely trust these guys with your car.
