Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.
I spent $100 to have my car waxed and now six months later I have to h... read more I spent $100 to have my car waxed and now six months later I have to have it done again to remove the wax that comes through. They also put wax on the side mirror frames which should not have been done. They did a horrible job. When I recently had my car washed the owner of the car wash asked if my son or son-in-law waxed the car because he saw the compound on the front of my 2010 Nissan Altima, and he pointed out to me that they had put the compound on the side mirror frames which I did see. He did say he does not like to talk against other business' but did tell me that they probably have the same employees who wash do the detailing. It will now cost me $100 to clean up this mess. I had the car waxed one month before I moved so I was so busy that I did not contact the car wash until after, as I moved an hour away I could not bring my car back, nor would I trust them to do it, so he told me he would refund my money. He lied I did not get a refund
