Tried to set up appointment for several weeks only for owner to schedule, then cancel, or tell me he needed to call me back to confirm, then never bothered to do so. I was always very polite when I called, even when I was thoroughly annoyed at shoddy treatment I received to that point. Final straw was the last time I tried to call when the owner hung up on me after I said who was calling. Completely ignorant and disrespectful for no reason. I wanted to give the guy my business b/c he quoted me a decent price, but I'd rather pay a little more to have someone who knows how to keep a simple appointment. Can't speak to technical skills, but customer service is horrendous. Do business with only if you like wasting your time and being treated as unimportant.

He runs it out of his garage in his house which is located hours from any civilization. I made the mistake of believing the fake reviews and decided to check him out. This guy is a complete hack, absolutely not the expert he claims to be. He speaks of 'process' ever time you ask him a question - basically dumb speak for 'I don't know. If you don't want to have your car damaged for good, avoid this morons at all cost. I ran after I spoke with him for 10 mind after driving 2 hours to meet him.

Last weekend my car registered a check engine light - something you absolutely should never dismiss. My dealership wanted an exorbitant fee and worse, couldn't get me in for several days. I did my research and discovered MD & AR. Here's what happened: my car was seen and diagnosed rapidly; I was contacted via text every step of the way. When the diagnosis was final I was given a full report that was explained to me in detail. I picked up my car within 48 hours. My car was back to normal and I drove away with a smile on my face! My bank account was not empty and - I had a gift bag of Lindt Chocloate left on my console. I cannot rave enough about this business. THIS is the future of Auto Repair and Diagnostics!!! With a strong commitment to solving your car problem as rapidly and affordably as possible - this will be the only place I take my Mercedes in the future!
