It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

What's up with that? Tom Matthews was very abrupt with us. Basically told us, we owed him $250 for a tune up without even letting us know price first but engine would only last a month or so. Disagree with Marlene for sure - NOT honest, polite or caring at all.

He is honest, caring, polite, very reasonable, work done as timely or he calls you and lets you know if price is different, or he needs more time. He has never let my cars down. Go to him and you won't be sorry..
