A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already g... read more A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already got out of the vehicle to grab something from my trunk so I told him it was fine, I can take care of it. (I did not know this was not okay). The kid said okay and walked away. I placed the gas pump into the car. One minute later, an older man with brunette hair and “Carl’s Services” on his shirt ran up to me all red in the face and yanked the pump out of my car and pulled my card out. He was less than 3 feet from me and yelled at me for what felt like 3 minutes. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am from out of state so I APOLOGIZED to him that I did not know. Instead of politely educating me, he proceeded to continue yelling and made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. I told him this is not how you should treat ANYONE and took my services elsewhere. Gas stations will always have people from in and out of state so he should have already been used to this and politely tell me he can take care of it for me.

The clerk did not wear a mask nor keep 6 ft distance. When I asked him to put on a mask, he said that the virus is BS. When I explained I take care of elderly parents, he said the virus is a joke. When I complained to the manager who also did not put on a mask, I got lip service and no apology. Do not use this company unless you do not believe in science.

I have used Jim's Service station for many years. Work was done in a timely manner and cost was very good. Taking my car back to Jim's because it needs additional repairs. I have a different opinion than Nicole's- above review. If you have a car dropped off somewhere and leaving it- You ensure the vehicle is out of the way and not blocking anything. Jim's is open late at night and keys can be dropped off to attendants. Jim's Service told me back in November that I would need a replacement part but it could wait till January. I will now take my vehicle to Jim's Service Station vs others that are closer to my home.
