They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

You go in for an oil change and next thing you know you need another $1000.00 worth of repairs. The best part is that all the repairs they said I needed were done within the last 6 months. I went there because I needed an oil change while I was visiting relatives. When I told this thief all that stuff had been serviced he couldn't back pedal fast enough. I told him to give me my car and don't do anything else because he's a RIPOFF. Wanna get bent over? Go to this P.O.S. for service.
