I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Mike and the crew are good, but the prices are extremely high!!! I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

They ruined my rims and broke a part in my car, replacing it with a generic instead of OEM part. They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!

This was my first visit to CAS. I immediately felt that I had come to the right place - that the mechanics knew what they were doing. That they were honest and that they treated me in a courteous and professional manner. They actually showed me what my spark plugs looked like and why they needed to be replaced. I saw a diagram of a timing belt and it's function was explained. I appreciated the effort. They helped me find a rental car and generally made me feel that I was valued as a customer. I will go back when my car needs work.

I called at the start of a long holiday weekend. I didn't expect to be able to get my car repaired. But I was hoping to have it looked at, to know if it was safe to drive until I could get an appointment. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to look to ease my concerns. I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. We are the original owners of a rare 1988 Lamborghini Jalpa. We have babied this car forever and enjoy driving it. It is a real head turner! Recently, we experienced an issue where it would not shift into reverse. We called several friends from our car club and they recommended European Motorsport, as they have experience working on rare exotic high performance cars. We had the car flat bedded from our home in Tiverton, RI to Lawrence, MA. Owner, Michael Ricciardi met us at the door. He seemed confident he could help us. The car was road tested and confirmed that there was no reverse. The center tray was pulled to access the shifter which was out of alignment. During the repair, other issues were reported due to the age of the car. We received a detailed account of future work which needs to be done on the car. When we Took possession of the car, it not only ran well, but was cleaned and detailed! Michael is highly professional and takes pride in his work and his pricing was reasonable.
