Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. Went here for a $60 repair...bad glow plug...they snapped it in half t... read more Went here for a $60 repair...bad glow plug...they snapped it in half trying to get it out and couldn't fix it. Had to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the top half of he engine disassembled and the broken plug drilled out. Ended up costing over $8000 to have the dealership repair Topsfield Shell's mistake. They don't stand behind there work and the work they do is subpar. Your better off going to Stewarts Auto repair in Georgetown.
