Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I recently brought my 01 Jeep Wrangler in to have it inspected and they failed me because of a leaking power steering gear box and a leak in my exhaust. That was alright with me, seeing as these are important. So I brought it home and instead of fixing the issues, I just went out and bought a new PS Gear box, and a brand new exhaust (full exhaust including CAT, Muffler, etc.). I also installed both of those myself within 2 days. So I bring it back to Poulin within the X number of days and sure enough, they failed me AGAIN! They said I still had a leak in my exhaust, even though I replaced the whole thing. So I called him out and said to show me the leak, that's when he changed his story and said you could hear it but not see it. Keeping in mind, that he still couldn't point it out. Anyway, I brought it to a shop in downtown Rochester the same day, and they said it had passed WITH FLYING COLORS! No issues. This Poulin shop is clearly scamming its customers and failing us on purpose to have us pay them to service these false issues. ONCE AGAIN, I URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.
I spent about 10 years of my life going from one mechanic to another b... read more I spent about 10 years of my life going from one mechanic to another before coming to this place. It is family owned and gives you 50s customer service. I trust them implicitly with my car repairs. Which I have a lot of considering I go from one 100+ thousand mile to another they help keep them on the road for me so that I can keep working. They always explain everything they do and give options. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
