Had to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the top half of he engine disassembled and the broken plug drilled out. Ended up costing over $8000 to have the dealership repair Topsfield Shell's mistake. They don't stand behind there work and the work they do is subpar. Your better off going to Stewarts Auto repair in Georgetown.

Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.
