They gave me an estimate in writing and lowered it down for cash money( red flag ) . I dropped off my car and the next morning I got a call saying that I am suppose to bring the part to be installed which wasn't true and wasn't on the estimate. I asked to speak to the owner Rick who was extremely rude from the minute he came on the phone and I told him that the estimate stating the part is included with $6.25 % tax. He claimed that this is just paint and the waste charge. At this point I said "are you charging me tax on wasting?" He got very defensive and asked me to pick up my car. I was so happy to pick up my car not fixed by people like him and his unprofessional, dishonest, liars staff. I don't recommend this business to my enemy.

My car was rearended and the insurance company wanted to send me elsewhere. This is my second time needing body work and was recommended by my father-in-law the first time and had such great service I went there this time also. From setting up the rental car, to constant contact with me with updates, to fighting for me with insurance companies, I can't say enough good about Charrons. Glad I don't need auto body done frequently, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this shop. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! Thank you!!
Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012... read more Surprisingly frustrating experience. Dropped off a car on 8/13/2012 for the repair of minor damage to driver's door. Received a call that it will be ready for pickup on Friday, 8/ 17. Hours of operation for collision center on Friday are listed till 5:30PM (http://www.woodworthmoto…) however at 5:10PM the collision center is closed, doors locked and nobody around to retrieve the car. Stuck without a car for a weekend - thank you Woodworth Motors. Went again to pick up the car on Monday, just to find out that the check for repair was sent by insurance to my home address instead of the repair shop, despite of "direction to pay" order, and the repair shop can't give me the car and sort out the payment issue directly with insurance company. Spent another hour going home and retrieving the check. Finally received the car with nicely repaired damage on outside..... and thick layer of sanding dust and residue from masking tape on inside. Yack!
