They were rude and charged me over 200 dollars for a service that should have been under warranty. Do not go there. I believe that Steve the manager charged me the price because I am an elderly woman.

He is not cheap, but he is definitely less expensive than the dealerships are cause it's just him! As a woman, I highly recommend Joe to other women.
