It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I discovered M&S on Angie's list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. He ended up charging me $70 less than his estimate. Mark earned my business, and I thought I'd write a glowing review so that other's can find this guy as well. -John Jenson

They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.
I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like th... read more I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!
