A pay it forward gesture on the part of Precision Import, an upscale foreign and domestic auto repair company. My Jag suffers from annoying engine fault light notice. Richard (Dick) and Patrick Horan could not fix it without the right diagnostic software BUT were kind enough to coach me on a couple of related car matters. I appreciated them sizing up the current problem without any expense and reviewing other pending matters about the car’s near term repair requirements. With a Jag they say you need to have two, one for the garage and one to drive while the other is in there. In any case, I have found Patrick and his team diligent and trustworthy on two occasions. Better still I was able to get some work done as they graciously let me use their board room and guest wireless. How many garages do you know of with a board room, wireless and the good sense to not nickel and dime you for exploratory stuff? I’ll be back.

They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.
I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like th... read more I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!
