I do not complain about the 990.00 in taxes, but almost 3k in fees. I have made two payments and still do not have a bike. I bought the bike on 27 Dec 2015. The dealership tells me they had trouble with transferring registration. really. they had plate and registration for a month before they called and told me there imaginary problem. still on 11 Feb 2016 no sticker for my plate and no bike. they are sitting on the bike and called me to ask if i had received the 2016 plate sticker. really, if i had it do you not think I would have brought it to them or mailed it.

Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. Welcomed in the front sales shop, guys seemed quite nice and helpful. Mechanic in back seemed he was more interested in failing the inspection than anything else. Everything but the rear tire passed. The inspector! stated it needed more tread and was marginal. Duh? Ok, but enough to go either way, yea or nay! To my displeasure the shop of course doesn't stock tires my size and couldn't help if they tried to. So why if it were a judgement call let it go with some friendly advice to say you should be shopping for a new rear tire. Else say I can't pass it cause if something happens to me I'll go back and sue the mechanic? Duh? this young chap is out of touch with reality. Because I'm driving out with the bike anyway. So where the common sense? Kid couldn't understand why I was upset, says "I don't understand why your so upset, all I said was, you're not passed." Come back with a new tire. When the current wear was border line ok. He never gauged it other than a finger nail prick. Took the bike to another dealer and it passed later that day. If this is the sense of a small shop, I'd have to look else where for more trust and better working relations. Good luck to the owner, cause loosing business from poor customer skills is a road to disaster.
