They had their 14 year old sons working in the back, practicing on the vehicles. They denied it. Even though the kid just told me he was learning and working on the cars back there! No wonder why they damaged my rims! When I tried to confront the manager, he got in my face and started screaming at and intimidating me, a small female. When I told a lawyer who was a lifelong customer of theirs about what happened, he said they screwed him over, too. He won’t use them anymore either. Dupont heavily advertises because they damage cars and then intimidate, lie to, and blame the customer. Especially to people here on vacation, because they don’t get the repeat business that many other mechanics depend on. They are completely unethical. Avoid!
Very professional and great service, Jim has gotten my vehicles right ... read more Very professional and great service, Jim has gotten my vehicles right in every time I have needed service, his mechanic "Devin" is very Knowledgeable and capable of even the most difficult mechanical issue. I'm very satisfied with the work they have done for me and highly recommend them for honesty and integrity. I intend to continue bringing my vehicles to Family Car Care whenever I need Preventative maintenance or regular service.
