I went to the shop, and the first thing they told me was "you need a new tranny" I took it to a dealer, and they replaced the tranny control module. They saved me SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I'll never return to NFC.

I'm very satisfied with the work they have done for me and highly recommend them for honesty and integrity. I intend to continue bringing my vehicles to Family Car Care whenever I need Preventative maintenance or regular service.
