  We had to drop my car off with no appointment because of battery issues, and it was taken care of very quickly for what I was expecting. (sometimes it is many days) We have been very satisfied with the service we receive from CLAS since we moved to North Carolina.

  I was disappointed.  Had a check engine light and oil change.  The engine light doesn't come on until you drive it a mile or two.  They said they were to busy to drive it and the issue wasn't resolved.  I could understand if I just dropped the car off, but I had an appointment scheduled a week ahead.
  
  I feel the service has declined in the last year.  I think I will go somewhere that wants to help solve my issues.
