In over 12 years as a customer I have found the staff to be professional, friendly, and completely trustworthy. Thanks to Quality Plus, regular and preventive maintenance added thousands of miles to the life of my Highlander. It was as good when I traded it at 186,000 miles as it was when I bought it new, and I got top dollar due to the mechanical condition.
