I know that the professionals at CHT always give me the best advice for my wallet, not their own. I literally chose to sell one vehicle and purchase another based on their insight and experience. Their honesty has saved me huge amounts of money over the years. Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. I entered into an agreement with Dr.Mopar's high performance shop in B... read more I entered into an agreement with Dr.Mopar's high performance shop in Burlington NC. to build a motor for me. Christopher Ketteman received $6442 to build a poly stroker using my engine. After over 2yrs of Mr. Ketteman having my motor, I decided not to have him perform the work and requested a refund! Mr Ketteman sent a notarized agreement to refund my money and when that was ignored by Mr. Ketteman I had to take him to court. I won a judgement against Mr Ketteman for $5948 from the Small Claims court in Alamance County NC docket # 18CVM1243. Now he has decided to let the judgment stay on his credit and not pay me what is owed. If you are thinking of letting him perform any work for you, refer back to this warning. I can furnish the actual court decision and his pathetic description of why he did not perform the work (that he submitted to the court as his answering statement) prior to the court proceeding. He was dishonest to me and I would never consider going to him even if I broke down in front of his shop, I would call AAA to tow me away before letting him touch anything I own.

BrakeMaster Mobile Auto Repair saved me about $600 dollars on front end suspension work on my Crown Vic. national chain repair shop wanted over $1200 to do the work. Chris and Travis did it in about 3 hours for half the price . found Chris's business advertised on craigslist so i thought, what do i have to loose. after just a couple of minutes on the phone with Chris he called me back and gave me an estimate that was half of what i was being charged at the chain. Chris met me with my car and started the repair at around 11:30am and he was finished with all the work by about 2pm. new Ball joints upper and lower both sides , new monroe shocks, Sway bar link, and right side tie rod ends all for half of what the national chain was going to gouge me for. dropped it off at another chain to do the front end alignment and it is all good. Honest, and good at their jobs i highly recommend them. Thanks Chris , excellent work and service. i will definitely use you again for all of my auto repair needs.
