But I'm sitting here without a vehicle, waiting to hear from you regarding approval of the repair on my vehicle. I was told I might be able to get a loaner or that I should get a rental from Enterprise. I don't know if there is a special procedure to get that rental so that might get reimbursed somewhat for the rental cost. I called service several times and sent a text message but have not received any response. What makes things more difficult is that my 83 year old wife is a victim of strokes and seizures and dementia. I cannot let her out of my sight. So, I guess I will try to go ahead and get the rental tomorrow. I jus wish I knew where things stand. Hans Weidig

One concern that I have is if you have an appointment at 8 AM to have ... read more One concern that I have is if you have an appointment at 8 AM to have your car serviced why does it take until 4 PM for the car to be available? The cost of servicing my car at your location is becoming extremely high. I understand inflation is going up, but your prices are going through the roof much higher than competitors. My suggestion would be if possible to lower your prices in order to be in line with your competition. Thanks.
