A couple of weeks ago I needed a new tire, my husband had tried to patch this one several times. Upon arriving at the garage I was greeted. The gentleman behind the counter took a look at my tire and was able to order one. I returned the next day and they speedily replaced my tire. I really enjoyed the family atmosphere of the garage and my little girl loved the Netflix in the waiting area. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Thanks again Big Al's for getting me in and out!!

On a trip to OBX and started losing battery power, by luck we pulled into Big Al's. They replaced the alternator in an hour at a fair price. While we waited, we were able to work using the free wifi, watch Netflix, have a cup of coffee, and they even gave our dog water! Cannot say enough about their friendliness and great service!
