They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.

Mr. Bosworth has returned to this facility for NC Inspection, which he passed with no issues. Sorry for his misunderstanding of what was done and needed done to his vehicle. Management is no longer the same people that was here at that time, do believe this was a case of not wanting to hear what was needed and why. We are here to serve you and your vehicle. We want your business. Thanks, Dan Tackett Manager Wendover Location

  • I brought my truck in for an inspection knowing I had an exhaust leak.... read more I brought my truck in for an inspection knowing I had an exhaust leak. They estimated around $100 to repair it. When I returned I was told the price was $283.45, even though they replaced only the 1' tail pipe (the small pipe at the very end). The piece cost $46 but the labor to attach the piece was over $200. They then did the inspection and failed me for a "wearing" serpentine belt. I used to be a NC inspector and that isn't even a part of the state examination. They told me they would gladly put a new one on for an additional $89. I went to AutoZone and purchased a new belt for $12 and put it on myself in less than 5 minutes. These guys may do adequate work, but they are complete and total rip-offs. I am a man who knows cars well and they completely and totally took advantage of me. I am disgusted by how they used me and I warn anyone who is considering them to beware of the dishonorable business practices there. -Ty Bosworth of Greensboro
