However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

I had my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago and had a good visit... read more I had my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago and had a good visit with air filter recommendations and one other relatively inexpensive repair recommendation only, which I declined. When I brought it back for inspection, it passed but with a recommended $2K in recommended repairs (I think more like 2500). I’m sure there is something there to justify all of it but it also seems a little overzealous for a car I’ve been taking and maintaining there for years. Until this visit, I have had no bad experiences and appreciated how honest it seemed like you guys are given how old my car is. I wasn’t going to complain given my excellent history with tuffys Huntersville but I since I got the survey I did. Thanks.
