Firestone had told me not to bring my car back to them. Luckily I took it to Euro Cars Southend. I highly recommend Euro Cars Southend. Their work place is pristine, their work is fantastic and they follow through till it is complete and you are happy.
Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon speci... read more Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.
