I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

His relative a non-employee also smoked and crashed my car per the police report. I dropped my car for a head gasket repair with 94,000 miles and it had 101,000 when I got my car back, he drove 6,000 miles on it and tells me he had to keep the car running to test it. I had to go to small claims court to protect myself.
I had a small accident while I was on vacation in Matthews. Another ca... read more I had a small accident while I was on vacation in Matthews. Another car repair shop said I needed a new oil pan, oil change, splash guard and alignment. Then they told me my car was too small for them to work on and I needed to take it to a Fiat dealer. I Googled auto repair shops that work on Fiats and Red Rock Auto came up. I took my car there and the owner was honest and told me everything was fine except there was a small hairline fracture on the outside but no leaks. I didn't have to repair anything. I was very blessed to find an honest repair shop who didn't take advantage of a female from out of state. Thank you!!!
