I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I p... read more I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I picked the car up the price given was much higher than the quote I received. In addition, some of the work had not been done as asked- so not only was I asked to pay more, all of the work was not completed. I explained that I would not pay more than the quote and they would not hand over my car key. I called the police who came for assistance. Another thing, I received a voicemail from them at 3:45 saying that they were getting ready to close early and if I did not come they would charge an extra fee for storage! The hours posted on the door was from 9 to 6! This place is dishonest, they do not communicate, and extremely unreliable. "Shady" is the word.

No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

The review above tells a lot about them they said they did not know what was wrong, they are honest and dont try to tell you they fixed something like many other places I have been too. They are reasonable with prices and work fast to fix the problem. I have a VW passat and the whole underside was torn off, they fixed it very fast with a great price. This is the only place I take my car. You should do the same.
