They lied about doing a tire rotation and then tried to say my tires were too damaged to rotate. It took over an hour for an oil change that I had scheduled several days in advance. There were seven people "working" and there was only one other car in the shop. Everybody was just sitting around playing on there phones. Then they tried to sell me brand new tires for over $1,000. I took the tires to another shop to be rotated and checked. The tire shop said the tires are in great shape and have 80% tread. I asked Meineke for a partial refund and they said they don't give refunds. Now my oil cooler is cracked because they over-tightened the oil filter and it's going to cost several hundreds of dollars to fix. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Including a/c, O2 sensors, muffler, water pump, and more. On each occaision the mechanics were very professional and curteous, never once advising me that they are charging almost triple what the job is actually worth. Mean while, in trying to find a mechanic to do a simple water pump change, i found that complaint to be the chief complaint he hears of customers whom are looking for a solution to their car problems, sans being put in the poor house for it. They are so nice at mieneke, that it is very easy to continue using their services thinking of the supposed professional job you would be getting. At the cost of going broke in the shadow of good car care (literally there are great mechanics right up the street that charge regular Earth prices), they can keep the nice guy act, and I will keep my business to my self.

Jerry at this small but great little hole-in-the-wall told me straight. Had a bent line that needed replacing since it wasn't allowing proper air flow for shifting. Fixed my $2400.00 so-called bad trans, for a lousy $28.00 all total. That was over 30,000 miles ago.
