The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

We have kicked out thousands of dollars at the recommendation of this place to only be disappointed and I will be calling them first thing Tuesday morning because I didn’t want to ruin our Christmas vacation. Initially, they said that we needed brakes on the car because it was shaking Once we hit a certain speed limit on the highway we said OK and then we had also get rotors and whatever else they recommended the car was still shaking! then they said oh it’s because you need new tires we said OK we went and brought brand new tires. But the car was still shaking. Then they said oh, it’s because you need a right suspension it is worn down we said OK and we had them replace the right suspension then she said oh you’re also gonna need an alignment. We cannot do one without the other and once again, my husband and I said oh OK ( Sidenote, is no way in the world you guys gave us an alignment the way the car is pulling to the side) and we got it done this was right before the Christmas holiday and crazily yo our surprise guess what the darn car still shakes so we have kicked out thousands of dollars for them to give us the runaround so we can keep coming back Please understand the two women. at the front we have no problem with customer service. They treated us just fine but something is definitely going wrong in the back with the technician. I don’t know if it’s because both times we came we were right at holidays ( which should not matter ) and they rushed but this is ridiculous so I cannot wait for them to tell me on Tuesday while my car still shaken this is going to be very interesting. We are so disappointed. At this point, I believe that I reach out to corporate because my husband and I have done nothing but trust this location South Tryon maybe they were short staffed maybe the technician in the back really did not know what he was doing maybe he just did not care bc he was being over worked and overwhelmed but what I do know is no one is suffering financially, and wearing this LOSS, but my husband and I because we trusted this place with all their recommendations and we feel used and abused because we know nothing about cars, so I cannot wait to hear what they come up with now as why our car still shaking and we have been dealing for also 2 months
