This was the 1st of September 2011- and since then I have had to haul the car back down 3x, which is 45mins and hauling fee away, for the same problems in which I had employeed their services for. Not only does this render me w/out a vehicle for days at a time, but It comes back in the same condition each time! I just called back down there because now the key/ignition just turns in a continuos circle and won't go into the position to crank/turn off the car- the key will come out and the car still "thinks" its on- I had to push it out of the way and disconnect the battery just to turn off the dash lights and brake lights etc! When I called and spoke to Andy at 5pm yesterday I told him what was going on and that this time they could have a rollback of their choice come get it or I could have it sent on 1 of my choice, w/ the bill addressed to their shop and I wanted it fixed and done right this time. I was polite to him and he said he would speak with his mgr and call me back this morning. At 10:20am I called down there and asked to speak to Andy and when he answered I said"this is Mandy and I was calling to check back with you about my BMW" he replied"Its not ready yet..." I said"I know, its not there!" He then just hung up. I called back and Matt answered the phone and I asked to speak to Andy and he said with a smart tone"I'm Matt, and I'm the manager!" As soon as I started to tell him about the problem he said and I quote " let me cut you off right there! Your husband brought it down here and said fix it aas cheap as ya can-So quit buying pieces of junk and then getting parts from a junkyard and expecting it to work! You called down here yesterday and cussed my man out too!And we don't need your business because we already have plenty- so don't even call here ever again , we have your money and that's that!"
