They always do outstanding work at a reasonable price. Todd is very professional and helpful, and Jimmy is an excellent motorcycle mechanic. I highly recommend this business for motorcycle service.

Spent 135.00 then. We decided to take it back and they have had it for over 5 months and said they had others to do in front of ours. Husband also called to make sure they check out to why it isn't pulling, they called and were ready for us to pick it up b/c they needed more room, so of course you have to pay b4 they go and get the four wheeler and then we checked it out, it cracked but wouldn't pull. They said we only wanted it to crank, then they went back and found the paper that stated to check it out why it wouldn't pull. This is not good business at all. Very disappointed and will not take anything back there again to be fixed. I think they are all about making money and don't care about customers. Also bought a truck from them and you cant even get it inspected they tell you where you have to get it inspected b/c the truck has a bigger than suppose to have in it...Shoddy business.

The original sales slip had a VIN on it that was different than the bike we actually picked up. After ordering a new title, it had too many digits, and I couldn't register the bike. I called them and they had to order yet another title. When the title issue was finally squared away, we noticed that the brand new battery was dead. We called them, and they mailed a shipping label to return the old battery, although I had to argue with them to get them to cooperate. While waiting for the replacement battery, we purchased a brand new battery from Batteries Plus. After starting the bike, it "freaked out" and started jerking and almost threw my son off of it. It switched into 1st gear without anyone even shifting the gears. The back wheel kept spinning and the entire bike kept jerking. We called the store and they just kept giving us the run around. We live in Wake Forest, NC and purchased this bike from Winston Salem, NC and the last thing we want to do is drive back and forth for this "brand new" bike. We finally found another shop here locally that was familiar with this company, and they didn't have very nice things to say about the company or the bikes they sale. Instead of driving back and forth to Winston Salem, we will just pay someone here locally to fix the bike. I will NOT do business with this company again. I understand that things break, but we purchased this bike 2 weeks ago, and haven't received any service from it because of all the problems. This is crazy. After the bike had what appeared to be a seizure, gas started pouring out of the bike, and it killed the brand new battery. The owner also told me at the time of purchase that he would make serving the bike easy so that we don't have to travel back and forth, but that was just a lie. I don't like it when people lie to get my money, and then just turn their back on me. RK
