Too many other, honest owners have stores in town. An unauthorized charge was made on my account at a store I had NEVER been in and for services I NEVER used!!. It took three calls to my bank, verbal confrontations, the police, visits to two stores before Andy reversed the charge. I will still report this incident to the Attorney General's office and on every social network of which I am a member.

this is the second time i have visited this shop, the first was bad, a... read more this is the second time i have visited this shop, the first was bad, and i should have known the second would be worse. 25dollar oil change cost 38dollars with things like 4.95 dollars worth of washer fluid added with out asking... 1 dollar, i could see as walmart sell a gallon for .99... the second, the car needed oil change... inspection, and tires rotated for an upcoming trip, i shouldnt have gone but when i went by no one was waiting, so i thought i would give them another try! same deal even though i asked that nothing extra be done during the oil change, it still went from 23.75 to 26.90 not including tax... we are talking about a late 90's volvo, not a mac truck. tire roatation was fine, inspection, fialed the inspection for the check engine light. the smart A$$ little guy's only explination is that if that light is on it auto fails. nothing further. paid my 80 dollar bill, and got into my car where there were no mats placed on the carpet, and the seat was completely laid back, note i am 5'10" the mechanic was 5'4" no reason for this to be done, and not fixed before delivering the car back. do not go to these people, they are trying to make $$$ anyway they can. note on the inspection, fail or pass, there should be some explination of the reasons not just an off handed comment.
